•We spend money promoting your home in news print and have paid search engine positions to enhance awareness of your property to online shoppers through our web site.
•We provide Open Houses and responsive feedback on all showings.
•We provide you complete information on comparable sales to make an informed and educated choice when selling your home. The price set is your choice.
Last but by no means least if we do not sell your property, you pay absolutely nothing! You only pay our commission when you actually get paid by the Buyer, through your lawyer on closing based on a sale that is acceptable to you.
