Open Houses
As a passionate Real Estate Broker, I do a lot of open houses. I love to meet new people and when I can I do as many open houses as I have the chance to. Some of you may have met me at one of my open houses.
I know many people coming into open houses have an idea of the type of person they may encounter and they are prepared with as many "No"s and "Just Looking"s. The truth is, I'm not doing an open house so I can pounce on people that come in. I bring my work with me and I spend my time catching up on marketing, reading about real estate, or studying for the next course I'm working on.
I love to help people and would love to answer questions about anything real estate. Please don't be nervous around me. I'm actually a shy person, I just happen to love people. I'm not loud or aggressive with people because I personally don't like that. I know what I'm doing and I won't back down at the negotiation table but I believe that every person I meet is another potential friend and rewarding relationship rather than a dollar sign.
