When RE/MAX International became the official real estate sponsor for Children’s Miracle Network in 1992, we had two objectives: affiliate with a national charity distinguished for improving health care for children, and make the world a better place for the people we serve. Astronaut Christa McAuliffe once said, “I touch the future, I teach.” We view our affiliation with Children’s Miracle Network similarly: Through Children’s Miracle Network, an alliance of 170 premier health care organizations, we annually touch the lives of more than 17 million children afflicted with diseases, injuries and birth defects of every kind. We view the health of our business as a reflection of the health of our society. That belief powers our commitment to improving the health of today’s child. Since 1983 the founding pledge of Children’s Miracle Network has been to put children first in all of its efforts and to keep 100 percent of donations in the communities where the funds are raised. These principles gained the endorsement of RE/MAX leadership and Associates. Since its inception, Children’s Miracle Network has evolved into the dominant organization actively providing better health care for millions of children.
